These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this store and any purchase you make from Celestique — A Fragrance of Remembrance. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

All fragrances and body sprays are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors — including after an order is placed, in which case we will contact you and refund in full any amounts charged.

Product photography is representative; batch variations in color and packaging are natural in fine fragrance and do not constitute defects.

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any duties or taxes applicable in your jurisdiction, which are calculated at checkout where possible. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may carry minimum-order values, expiry dates, and usage limits, shown alongside each offer.

Delivery estimates (Standard 5–7 business days, Express 2–3, Overnight next-business-day) begin at dispatch, not at order placement, and are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier or to the address you provided.

Undeliverable parcels returned to us by the carrier may be re-shipped at your expense.

Unworn items in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Sale items and complimentary samples are final sale.

To start a return, contact our concierge with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

The Celestique — A Fragrance of Remembrance name, crowned-C crest, packaging design, photography, and all site content are the property of the house and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
